Help! I don’t speak English very well! is it possible to use your website in my native language?

Yes you can! Our website is not only available in English, but also in Dutch, German and French. Please click on the corresponding flag at the upper right of the screen.

Which version of Internet Explorer do I need to enter the PBM Express website?

To visit the PBM Express website, you need Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. If your browser doesn't meet these requirements, the most recent version can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. Click on the link to go directly to the update section on their website. windowsupdate.microsoft.com

I can see all kinds of cool products, but no pricing info, what’s wrong?

To use the PBM Express online shop, you will need an account. Please contact our sales staff at sales@pbmexpress.nl to open an account. Please make sure you submit your full company info, including VAT #ID (for foreign customers). Your login code and password will be sent to the email address you specify.

Ok, now I’ve got a retailer account. But how do I order from the PBM Express website catalog?

First, you should log in with your password. Choose the products you want and add them to the basket. When you're done, go to the shopping basket and check out.

Do I have to search your catalog by item code or item name?

You can use both the item code or name in our search database. Also, by using the advanced search options, you can filter down the products to the ones you need.

Huh? Extra discounts? How can I get them? And why do you offer them?

If you order through this website, you will receive an extra discount of 2% on that order. It saves a lot of time for our sales department to receive your orders through our website. In fact we like it so much that we hand out a small discount as an incentive if you use it! If you order before the pre-order deadline, you will receive an extra discount of 5%. Please check the catalog to see if a pre-order deadline is in effect for a certain item (also detailed below). A lot of the products we offer have a limited production run, or need to be ordered from the factory before a certain date. If we receive your order before the due date, we can make a much better estimate of how many we need to take in stock and may even negotiate a better price! So to thank you for your timely order, we give out a significant discount!

How do I check your upcoming pre-order due dates?

You can easily check the upcoming pre-order due dates at www.pbmexpress.nl
To do so, please click the "pre-order" button at the top of our website. This will display all products currently available on pre-order, sorted by due date.

How do I see which products are on the way?

To see the items that are on their way from the manufacturer to our warehouse, please click the "coming soon" button on the top of the screen.There are so many products!

How do I keep track of the latest releases?

You can subscribe to our e-newsletter, which will be sent out at a regular basis. Our newsletters tell you of all the upcoming new products.

It’s very easy, just send an email to: sales@pbmexpress.nl and ask for a subscription.

Low Stock / In Stock / Out of Stock, what can I expect? Can I order out of stock items?

In stock: item can be ordered while stocks last. Low stock: item quantities are very low and most likely will not be in stock anymore. Out of stock: item is sold out, but when you order it, we will place it in back-order. Contact our sales department to confirm if out of stock items can be re-ordered, and when they will return in our product range.

Do you ship to my country? Where can I see the shipping rates?

We ship to every country in the world. On our website, within the section ‘About ordering’ click on the tab ‘Shipping’. All will be explained.

Order allocation? What do you mean by that? Why don’t I receive the full amount I’ve ordered?

Unfortunately, with limited edition products it may happen that we do not receive the total amount we ordered from the factory. If this is the case, we will try our best to fairly divide the stock we receive. Please note that customers who ordered early have a better chance of receiving allocated products, as this is only fair to the ‘early birds’!

Ok, I’ve set up an account and made my first order. What are your payment conditions?

When your order is ready for shipment, an invoice will be sent to you by email or regular mail.
Please include your company name and the invoice number when you make the payment.
Shipping will occur upon receiving the payment.
