About us

PBM Express, founded in 1989, has its headquarters, showroom and warehouse in Dordrecht (the Netherlands): 15 km from Rotterdam, 100 km from Antwerp (Belgium), 160 km from the German Ruhr Area.

Our focus

Our distribution covers a wide range of collectible licensed merchandise (replica’s, polystone figurines, action figures) and licensed and exclusive toys. We are an official distributor for all leading manufacturers such as NECA, Sideshow Collectibles, Gentle Giant, McFarlane Toys, Kotobukiya, DC Comics, High Dream, Tomy Yujin, First4Figures, FT Champs and many more. Within this segment, we offer our customers one-stop shopping experiance.

Our network

We have a European orientation with branch offices and agents in Germany, France and Scandinavia. Our global ambition stretches out to Orlando (Florida), as we distribute exclusive licenses into the USA.
All over Europe, we maintain an extensive distribution network of distributors, large retail accounts, department stores, small chains and independently owned stores who specialize in fantasy, comics, movies and video, games and toys. We have a strong customer base in Benelux, Germany and France and supply distributors and larger retailers in rest of Europe (Sweden, Norway, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey, Malta, etc).

Our approach

We listen carefully to our vendors and our customers giving them solid advice if necessary. We realize that good account management starts with up-to-date information, 24/7. On a daily basis we inform our customers about upcoming products and deadlines. Customers can make a reservation or order by email, website, fax or phone (directly to the first available account manager).

With our updated website, we offer around-the-clock availability to our customers.
Through excellent logistics and up-to-date IT we are able to deliver your order fast and reliable. Our warehouse covers 2000 sq meter/20,000 sq feet with a capacity of 1500 pallets.

We have recently completely overhauled our Warehouse Management System, streamlining the process enormously. Our strong financial position provides advantages for both our vendors as well as our customers. We pay on time and as a result our products arrive on time. And we offer excellent payment terms to our customers.

The extra mile

Apart from shifting boxes, we are able and willing to go the extra mile. Not only do we advise on in-store marketing as a sales tool to support our customers. We also offer B2C online concepts such as theme based websites and web shops and fulfillment services.
